Good news are that Whitelist is removing but there is few to unlock . . .

I'm sorry, but I am having trouble understanding you. I don't understand how that text file is used, or exactly what it is. can you explain that? I don't see any mention of the whitelist in the text file. 
The  bios on my hp mini 5103 is the one on the following link:

If I already know which bios file I need to make the updates to and have a copy of it, is there any need to run this tool?
