You can use both whitout missing any settings as NVRAM will store forever them.
Flash first one make changes and save then flash second and do the same !

The second one is okay (there are new options), but the in the first BIOS the "Advanced CPU control" (which I need to) is empty, there are no any options.

Okay let's do it. BTW I never saw a sh*tty BIOS like this HP one, there's no CPU settings...pfff How is this possible?
