Unfortunately this bios is too old and it havent any UEFI features.
I couldnt found any ways to unlock Power tab.
Anyway, i can unlock Integrated video options only.This laptop may not supports Win 8 and above, it haven Secure Boot option and UEFI Boot

Hey I also own HP dv5 1126em. I have upgraded mine with these:

1. an SSD as boot drive
   
2. 1TB HHD instead of DVD drive.
   
3. 3 USB 3.0 ports using express card 54
   

It runs on WIN 10+UBUNTU 20.04+Android 9 x86.

I would love to unlock its BIOS to see what options are available there.
How can I find the mod BIOS file? It is not in repository.

Does anyone still have this BIOS with the whitelist removed and the advanced menu unlocked. The original BIOS does not have the options to set the SATA controller and this would be very convenient
