[REQUEST] Lenovo B570 (44CNxxWW) Whitelist Removal
#1
Good evening.
Please help me in this problem:
I'm trying to setup a whitelist removal on my Lenovo B570.
Bios revision:44CN43WW (modified)
Bios TypeTonguehoenix UEFI

in windows it says nothing for a long time. Than I try the same for dos. In DOS it writes me: Not found BIOS ROM size in SMBIOS type 0.

I understand that I should write something in that SMBIOS, in type 0. But please explain me, how should I do that? And what size should be placed there?

I use modified bios, with SLIC marker installed.

This one. As I understand, it is a reason for whitelist removal stops.

After that I tried to install the clear BIOS from the oficial site. In hope that Whitelist will work on not modified bios. But I had the same trouble during installing clear bios - the same error. I cant go back to the unmodified bios. So cant test whitelist with the clear one.

Also I find, that whitelist mod and the clear bios both have the same bios installer. Possible, if I try another bios installer(loader), it will work. What can you suggest?

Please do not be angry for a young user on this forum  A little explanation and I will fix this with your help.
Thank you

Please, help me to find any other program to write the original bios to my laptop. I think, after that I will do everything myself...
Oficial program is NOT WORK. Is there any other way to write the bios???
Please, any ideas!

Already finished.
Used very good program Uniflash, in dos. It allowed to write original bios.
Then put a whitelist mod bios by its own installer.
Then on it installed a slic marker. Also by its own installer.
It is the way to do it.
Have a good day and good bios mods!
