the original old one is a Broadcom
PCI\VEN_14E4&DEV_4727&SUBSYS_060814E4&REV_01


Are the files OK or do you need anything else?

check your files !!!
The 1st is good but empty (your CPU is an AMD) and 2nd point to Universal . . .exe ?!?!
Give me the rught Bios Backup please just use Universal Bios Backup !
