Hey, my wifi card died and I would like to replace it with an 'unauthorized' one

Please patch my BIOS:
LENOVO-H1ET69WW(1.12)

I find it sad Lenovo has done such a thing, my next laptop will likely be another brand

Hey, I have updated the link.

Is the patch as simple as replacing a 'conditional jump' to an 'always jump' instruction? 
Or are you filling it "NOP"s perhaps.

Is there any checksumming going on or anything more difficult? Im kind of curious

Worked like a charm even though Windows Defender went haywire on it.

Intel Wireless-AC 7260 now works.

Hi,
I have a problem with my B590
BIOS version: H1ET69WW (1.12)
laptoptype: 62742BG

First of all I can't get the BIOS to update to latest version(does not match error)
Also the Universal Bios Backup toolkit says: can not identify the BIOS.

I need to get the whitelist removed so I can get my internet back to work.

Any ideas how to proceed?
