I have made a backup with "FPT_BACKUP-BIOS". So you can´t use it for your notebook, cause it was´nt modified. I need this BIOS without "whitelist-part".
I am still waiting here for help like you, sorry!

how to flash backup bios? What's program must we use?

Then it is possible for my laptop remove the white list and add slic 2.1
-Motherboard Manufacturer and Model : Lenovo B590 (20208)
-Bios Revision : LENOVO-H1ET73WW(1.16)
-Bios Type : Phoenix EFI
-Bios SLIC : needed SLIC 2.1 Lenovo(if possible)
