Hi together,

I hope anyone can help me out here:

I have a new Lenovo Flex 2 Pro 15 with a really [censored] network card assembled RTL8723BE. Therefore I replaced the card with an Intel Wireless-AC7260 (7260ngw), which is now already built-in. Unfortunately the bios is not accepting the card due to whitelist :/ even I hoped I ordered one at amazon which was described to work with Lenovo. Therefore I have disabled the wlan in the bios now that the laptop starts in order to write this post.

Current Bios: B9CN19WW.cap https://download.lenovo.com/consumer/mob...cn19ww.exe
I did also a snapshot with your tool I saw in other posts (BACKUP_Tools12_2.exe) and uploaded to sendspace:
https://www.sendspace.com/file/ia0bds

IDs for the cards:
old RTL8723BE card: Vendor ID 10ec; Device ID b723; Subsys: b73617aa
new and installed Intel AC7260: Vendor ID 8086; Device ID 08B2; Subsys: C27008086

Any help for a whitelist removal would be highly appreciated!

Big thanks in advance

Is it possible to take one of the existing bios uploads which have been already removed from whitelist, or are these mods only usable for the specific hardware where the snapshot of files were taken? Sorry I'm a bit confused. Could you please give me hint here?

Hi BDMaster,

thanks for your reply! Sounds great that there could be a solution. Regarding the flashing utility I searched specificly for lenovo but without success. Is there another chance for a 3rd party product or could I probably use the phoenix dos bios update Utility? I'm a bit new to this topic therefore any help would be highly appreciated and donated Wink

Thanks Pete
