What is a safe location to download the BIOS Backup Toolkit from? Thanks

Hi I have a Lenovo Flex 2-15 that I'm trying to install an Intel Dual Band Wireless AC 3160 card on and I'm getting the same white list error.  It currently has a Qualcomm Atheros AR956x.  If you could help that would be great!
