Update from pure DOS with USB-bootable stick
See how to make one here:

Copy the "Modified" folder contents into the stick and boot in DOS mode and
Run Flash.bat to update.

Don't touch Video Settings or Disable Video Card It will Brick laptop !!!

Just to let us know all T430 series have same issue only by SPI Programmer !
It's very strange that only BDMaster leaved Guides and Tutorials
