[REQUEST] Lenovo G460, G560, Z460 & Z560 (29CNxxWW) Whitelist Removal

i've found a similar post here

flashed my bios using those files.
then replaced the wifi card with INTEL 7260 and the laptop takes ages to boot into windows. The win7 itself is lagging ! installed the drivers and card works much faster than the previous one but win7 and everything else is mega slow!

replaced the wifi card back to the old one and it's quick as it was!

any help with that guys?

thanks

arek

Hi all,

just a quick word / update.
it turned out that the problem was within the card 7260 itself.
although it connected to the internet and everything was fine - apart form slow boot and lagging windows, when i replaced it with 6205 intel card (dual band 2.4 and 5GHz) it worked like a charm!!
quick and everything fine. high speed 5GHz ! getting the limit of my fibre optic broadband 100MBps

so the BIOS mod i've used is ok !! it's just the motherboard or something didn't work with 7260 as it should do.

so thanks again for that mod.

cheers

arek
