Give me this error

Error 284: Fail to load driver (PCI access for Windows).
Tool needs to run with an administrator priviledge account.

EDIT: Have do a reboot, enabled the option for downgrade bios and then do it this again, now i get this

Run Flash.bat to update.

Don't touch Video Settings or Disable Video Card It will Brick laptop !!!

Hello friend, booted from DOS USB and give error something like error to write or something like that, so now I have to downgrade and post the same things like I do before? the back up bios? or what I have to do after doing the downgrade...?

EDIT: We have a major problem, have downgraded but the boot mode has changed to EFI, and it says no boot media connected all the time, the problem is that I can't get to the bios setup, what I have to do friend?

Then open Command Promt with Admin Rights (CLI window C:\), put your laptop
into Sleep Mode (just close the Lid) and then Wacke-Up It (reopen the Lid),
