Hello to All

Previously I have requested you guys to remove the WiFi whitelist from my Lenovo G510 laptop and you guys have given me the updated Bios file. Unfortunately, I was stuck due to Error 280 (Write-protection).

I have now bought the CH341A programmer and SOIC8 SOP8 clip. The links of the both stuff are mentioned below:

The seller has also provided a software to use the programmer. I will now request you all to kindly guide me how can I program my Bios now.

Best regards

ok friend,
get this software - http://www16.zippyshare.com/v/kdW9z5Bw/file.html
and drivers - http://www16.zippyshare.com/v/AIFsO9r4/file.html

Install the drivers, connect the programmer and run the program.

Check that the device has been detected (for me it is red, because I have no programmer attached). If it is connected, connect the programmer to EEPROM chip.

After connecting, click "Detect" to detect EEPROM chip.

Finally, click on read eeprom, save the file and upload here.

Hi

Should I disconnect the CMOS battery during this process?

I will soon upload the file. Thanks very much.
