Hi friend,
You have to get only one Bios File for time so get Bios.bin 4096 kb rename as Recovery Name qiwg5.bin OR qiwg6.bin so try before a name and then other, copy It only into your USB Stick fat32 formatted and try !
It's wrong copy all files into USB without rename or do modifications !!!
All I know is that on Lenovo is very rare that the Recovery will work !
You can looking for on net to find this infos.
If in this way You cannot solve I think You have to find to buy an SPI Programmer and write directly in Eeprom the Bios.

I want to start a New Way to pass Mods to users :

AutoMod

Using CodeRush Tool UEFIPatch + Patches.txt We can do the Mod by ourself, in any time and wherever We are !!!

Just use the right Patches.txt for the own Bios Version, so for 5ECN96WW(9.01) use this one !!!

How to use ? It's easy, just do a biosbackup.bin file and drag&drop on UEFIPatch.exe (the Patches.txt file has to be togheter at tool) It will reply with a file patched, then rename that file as bios.bin, put It into modified folder where are all rest tools to re-flash Bios Mod and copy all files from modified folder to an USB Dos Formatted Bootable Stick and Boot from USB !
Then at CLI Prompt Comand run flash.bat That's It all !

What is the symptom ? You have not run It !
Just use as Drag and Drop !
You have t get three files all togheter :

1. Patches.txt
2. UEFIPatch.exe
3. Biosbackup.bin

Then drag&drop biosbackup.bin on UEFPatch.exe and I will generate a biosbackup.bin.patched file !!!
Rename this last as bios.bin etc etc . . .

Problem/ Where is the biosbackup.bin? is it x64_bios-region_8.1.10.1286.bin (from result.rar)?

Just rename x64_bios-region_8.1.10.1286.bin as biosbackup.bin (I didn't write It) !
Ok You have done well and can use x64_bios-region_8.1.10.1286.bin too to get mod file, It's important to rename
patched file as bios.bin before use for Mod flashing.
So now You got x64_bios-region_8.1.10.1286.bin.patched !!! now rename as bios.bin and conitue the procedure !

Ok friend,
I understand, but isn't any way to do from original as new Bioses are all Capsulated and Signed, so if We change a single byte It will be not regular !
We have find this method using Intel FPT tool !
It's a wonderful tool which is been leaked for error by Gigabyte - MSI manufacturers
many time ago.
It permits to us to read and write Eeprom (is not write-protect) and We can refash Bios Modded !
Use this tool run It as Administrator and upload here the result file :
