I load with win7PE start flash.bat from DOS and receive-see att.It's OK?Bios work ok but I don't known is it updated or not?maybe because I use CD BOOT?

Flash from pure DOS. Not from Command Prompt.
Make a DOS bootable USB flash (FAT or FAT32 formatted).
Copy files (in folder Modified) in to flash, boot to DOS and run flash.bat
