I have a leveno P580 laptop running the same 5ECN96WW BIOS, I would love to try the automod described here, in order to do so, I would need to have the The Patches.txt file for 5ECN96WW. Would you please re-post the patches.txt file?

In you cause i just add your new wlan card to whitelist so it will work in your laptop.
If you would change wlan adapter to Intel 8 series so you get message "Unauthorized..."
Only new WLAN card will be add to whitelist, no changes make to WWAN whitelist.
Do you want to continue?
I'm waiting from you DEV ID and VEN of current and new adapter.
