diskpart
list disk
select disk # (# being the number for the flash drive listed in above command)
clean (be aware this wipes all data off the selected drive)
create partition primary
format fs=fat32 quick
active
assign
exit

After doing those command do I add all the files inside the modified folder and then reboot and should work.

Tried that and just reboots then the lenovo logo comes on and then the windows screen comes on.

Hi how did you manage to boot from usb I have same type laptop but it is blue. I carnt boot from usb because I followed instructions carefully and just boots normaly.

Have You prepared your USB Dos Formatted Bootable ?
Have You tried on a second PC if It works well and Boot from Dos ?

Use this tool frm HP to format and prepare your USB creating Dos Bootable System :
