I have the laptop Lenovo g700 and i have a wifi card dual band but when i replace the original g700 laptop has it bring me the classic error "remove and place an authorized wifi card"

Is there any EASY method to remove this wifi lock or if there is a authorized dual band wifi card i can buy from somewhere.

I have see some videos that shows me a custom bios update but i don't really trust the custom bios if it will compatible with my laptop and if i get other issues or not.

Hello, I bought a lenovo g700 without wireless adapter card so i bought one. I didnt know lenovo has whitelist. So I cant do anything with card plugged in. I want install new bios. My Lenovo is G700 with I5 and withou Nvidia GPU.

-Can I make a correct BIOS dump using the FPT Tool for Backup utility? or only through the SPI-programmer+SOIC8 clip
-Can I make a patch for my BIOS dump myself using the archive Lenovo_G700_ [7ACN89WW] _ADV_NWL_BDMaster?

PS To flash modbios i need use a SPI-programmer+SOIC8 clip I understood that.

Yes...your bios is rewrite protected...you need a SPI-programmer+SOIC8 clip only
