When I download "Universal bios backup toolkit 2.0" windows defender blocks it and shows Trojan:Win32/Tiggre!rfn ? Is the backup necessary?

I searched for BIOS whitelist removal and this forum shows many successful BIOS updates with your assistance. Can you provide the steps for me to:
1.) Download Universal BIOS backup toolkit 2.0 (safe version please)
2.) Location for me to post my bios version and copy for you to update
3.) BIOS update file with WLAN Whitelist removed. I intend to install Intel 7260AC. Steps to do so
