[REQUEST] Lenovo G780 (5ECNxxWW) Whitelist Removal

Could I have my bios modified to remove the whitelist and activate the hidden menus please? Wireless card died and can't afford Lenovo's price. Bios backup with Universal BIOS Backup ToolKit 2.0 is at below link.

Thanks a ton, this will make replacing the card sooo much easier. You guys are the best.

The bios flash failed with:
PDR Region does not exist
GBE Region does not exist
Error 28: Protected Range Registers are currently set by BIOS, preventing flash access.
Please contact the target system BIOS vendor for an option to disable Protected Range Registers.
then went ahead and looked like it flashed but did not. My bios stays the same. I have seen in other posts you tell people to then try prr.exe and then run the flash manually with "fpt - f bios.bin -bios" that seems to solve it for most, but I still don't see any extra menus or other indication the flash worked. Error 28 went away, but nothing appears different after the flash. I don't have the new wireless card until the weekend, so I can not check if the whitelist is gone yet. I don't know why the flash will not work. The stock bios used an Insyde bios utility. I don't know if that makes a difference.

Ok, I will try it as soon as I get home from work. I was afraid it was one of the encrypted bios I have heard about, glad I was wrong. Thanks for your help and patience.

I have Lenovo G780 and I have problem. In laptop, there is BIOS 5ECN96WW(V9.01) - backup file is here : http://ulozto.cz/xLtFVfX2/lenovo-5ecn96ww-v9-01-rom
I need to flash to my laptops this BIOS : 5ECN41WW(V4.00) because on current BIOS (5ECN96WW) don't work windows 7 ( don't work brightness settings ).

The BIOS file was backed from other laptops.
And I need modify BIOS 5ECN41WW by my current BIOS 5ECN96WW and remove whitelist.

Please use AIDA64 Extreme (cracked) to get all DMI data as into Win8 Bios 1st tere is only Bios release version and a Win8 Serial, but missing DMI Data, for 2nd missing Serial.
So get all DMI Data and upload to me a Complete Report from AIDA64 then I will give to You the file.
Upload too the first Menu Tab (Main) Bios Setuputility Screen Shot (photo) to see your Data !
