I actually had a quick question about this laptop's BIOS. I was wondering that if this laptop's whitelist also blocks out the ability to use a PCIe external graphics card. Since this laptop has a second slot, I decided that I'd want to try the graphics card out. So I hooked one up with an external adapter and it turns on, great right? Well it's not showing up in the Device Manager, nor can the installers detect it so I'm trying to gather as much info as I can and someone mentioned that it might be a BIOS whitelist. Is it possible that the BIOS can specifically stop something like that from being recognized?

Hi.. i have included 2 bios one with slic 2.1+8 license and the other with just windows 8.. i plan on using this machine with just 7 so if its possbile to activate the one with windows 7 that would be great if not please mod the windows 8 bios.. will donate!!! thanks

sorry but, anyone can help me with this? at least a link for a tutorial or something? I don't have panic to learn.

If anyone does this by me, I will obviously donate for it. I'm at university and need to get rid of the wireless to install a better card, because the wifi reception isn't good in some study areas.

Hello friends, I have Lenovo U410 with the bios verison 65CN99WW. When I boot to DOS and would like to start dosflash.exe I get Error 105. Coud somebody help me? Thank you very much.
