BDmaster,

Weird. I was running the intel 7260 in my u410 with a whitelist removed 65CN21WW without doing this physical mod above. Can you remove the whitelist for my 65CN99WW backup?

Using BDMaster's CodeRush Tool, I was able to flash my BIOS, however after the process I switched out my old wireless card with my new one and I received the warning that it was unsupported. Am I missing something?

Hi friend,
Intel 7260 Card is going to give some problems, so use this Mod.

I have tried serg's link. I get up to the part where I fun flash1 or flash2, but when I try running either .bin files I receive error 105, for flash2 i get a secureflash error get a short beep into a system reboot. I have backflash enabled as well as legacy or secureboot/UEFI turned off in bios.

Any help would be appreciated on this. Thanks.

So this procedure is been used ? :

1. Make a pure DOS bootable USB stick (FAT or FAT32 formatted,
http://rufus.akeo.ie/ )
2. Copy all files from .\Modified\ folder to USB stick
3. Restart computer. Press Fn+F2 enter BIOS.
- disable SecureBoot option
- choose "Configurtion-> BIOS back flash" , set to Enabled, save and exit.
4. Boot to pure DOS and run flash1.bat (in case of an Error, try flash2.bat)

Thanks for the quick reply. Yes "SecureBoot" is disabled and "BOIS back flash" is enabled.

I made the changes to the flash2.bat file and now I am getting a different error:
"ERROR 233 - Only secured capsule is allowed on a SecureFlash system! Status = 1"

i even tried serg008 notes on:

He wrote that flash2.bat works.

Did you disabled "SecureBoot" option & enabled "BIOS back flash" in BIOS ?

Try to flash with "bkfp" & "bkoa3" keys removed from flash2.bat file
Code:
DosFlash.exe /sd /sn /force /silent /ipf bios ec /exit /file 65CN99WW.WPH
Yes "SecureBoot" is disabled and "BOIS back flash" is enabled.

I made the changes to the flash2.bat file and now I am getting the same error:

"ERROR 233 - Only secured capsule is allowed on a SecureFlash system! Status = 1"

Any ideas?

This bios.bin is 6656KB is based on your Bios Backup ! You can check the size by yourself.
Serg008 has done a Generalized version based on Original not Extracted !
It's all ok !!!
