There are two possible images included, try A first.

If you backup the current data on the chips, another BIOS modder might be able to integrate the individual data (MAC-Address of the LAN-card, Windows key, etc.) into these clean images.
I don't know how to do it for this model.

Hello,
I bricked my laptop lenovo y580 with bad reflash.The crisis recovery deosent work, i need to do it with a programer. I know that lenovo has 2 chips , one of 2mb and one of 4 mb. Can someone please help me withe the files that I have to flash each chip? Moded or unmoded. Both versions will be fine. My y580 runs with 2.0x version not 8.x

I want to get rid of the white-list (new, unsupported wlan card)
Pls >NO< gtx660m GHz edition

I extraced the BIOS under windows 10 using the fptw64.exe 
Bios Version: 5DCN89WW(V8.00) (see attachment)
