Sorry for the late response.
It appears that this is an EFI/Insyde BIOS. I am going to move this thread to the Insyde BIOS Unlocking Requests forum so that it can get more attention from Insyde BIOS modders.

The BIOS file within this archive is named "7000". It is under the 54CN18WW\.rsrc\1024\RCDATA directory. The "5007" file consists of mostly FF's, so I would not use that one.

!!!!!PLEASE READ!!!!!! Our Ukrainian friends are undergoing atrocities right now and need support. There are two things you can do for starters:
