But as i expected the dreaded lenovo bios stepped in and stomped on my fun giving the usual "unauthorized card" boot error. so i looked on the internet and a friend directed me here so i thought id give this a go.

Can anyone help me bypass this damned error by giving me a fix or poining me in the right direction?

It's a false positive and your antivirus look the Code into and find deep calls to Memory read !
Don't worry I use on mine and on all pc I have got and all users here and on MDL !
ou have AMD CPU ? as your result file hasn't any backup into.
so You can use only Universal Bios Backup to do It.

Try to use this one run It as Admin and upload result file here :

http://rghost.net/58219938

Or You can download from Lenovo Support Bios Update and use SCTWinFlash (32 or 64Bits) to make a Bios Backup :

http://support.lenovo.com/us/en/products...s/DS100912

When You run Update You can choice to make a Backup or to flash a Bios, so make the backup.
