[REQUEST] Lenovo L440 Whitelist Removal

Hello. I Have a Lenovo ThinkPad L440, and I'd like to remove the whitelist and unlock the advanced menu on the bios. 
I purchased the CH341A and SOIC8 clips, and dumped my bios until I managed to get it visible in the CH341A programmer, and multiple identical reads. Attached is my working bios. 

My laptop has the Winbond 25Q64FVSIQ chip.

I'd very much like to get my Intel 7260 card working.

I would like to have the whitelist restriction removed from the BIOS and would like to have the advanced menu unlocked. I would like to have the Haswell MSR Lock removed as well.

Hello. I kindly please for wifi whitelist to be removed from my bios. I've dumped it with some backup tool. Also is there any tool that will let me flash bios from operating system on this laptop ? Ive got CH341A and SOIC8 clips but I don't know where bios chip is located. Otherwise can you tell me where the bios chip is?

I just dumped my Bios using a CH341A programmer and a SOIC8 SOP8 test clip. The Bios chip is a MX25L6473E

I want to remove whitelist and unlock advance menu.
