I'm new here on the forum and I need to unlock my bios for advanced options. I replaced the memory but I can not activate the XMP profile.

I bought a DDR4 Goodram irdm 16x2 kit. The frequencies I need only work in XMP.
The first photo shows the frequencies that are needed, the second photo shows the frequencies at which the RAM works.

Проблема в том, что мой ноутбук не включается. При попытке включения на мгновение загораются клавиши Caps Lock и Num Lock. Я читал, что это проблема с BIOS и его нужно перепрошить. У меня есть программатор, но я не могу найти файл BIOS. Может кто-нибудь помочь?

Hello, Good Day!
I need help to unlock the advanced bios settings for my laptop.
I want to boot to linux but there's no setting to disable intel RST or VMD, also to enable XMP settings would be nice 
I extracted my bios using FPT tool.
Can someone help to mod my bios?
