[REQUEST] Lenovo ThinkCentre Edge 91z UEFI Settings Unlock

Hi

Can anyone unlock UEFI settings in the original bios?
This is the latest bios update
  9ojt23usa.zip (Size: 1.8 MB / Downloads: 0)

If you'll check Lenovo support website, this update is named as UEFI bios but there is no any UEFI setting.

So if it's possible to unlock somehow those UEFI settings please help me with that.
