Hello,

I recently bought Intel Centrino Ultimate N 6300 for my Thinkpad Edge E420.

However, when I installed the product, I came across this error message.

1802 : Unauthorized network card is plugged in - Power off and remove the miniPCI network card (8086/4238/8086/1111)

I found a whitelist removed bios here but my laptop's bios version is higher, so I can't update it.

Therefore, I request it again for the newest version of the bios. I will really appreciate it.

I hope for your good that this one is not one of the deleted bioses due to no feedback because that bios are condemned and will not mod them again. I do my piece of the work and want others to do theirs.

I'll be able to give some feedback in about a week. I'm flying home for the holidays, and my new E520's waiting for me there And i wanna stick this Dell Wireless 1510 in it, that i have in my current laptop (for OSX compatibility reasons).

I would like to change my WLAN card to one that is not whitelisted and plan on installing a non-whitelisted WWAN card later on.

I would greatly appreciate if you would remove the whitelist from the following:

I know that whitelist has been removed from the 1.16 version of this bios here:

I benefit from some of the fixes since 1.16, so I hope you will remove the whitelist from this newer version.
