Error 280: Failed to disable write protection for the BIOS space!

I cannot refalsh Bios Mod as Eeprom Write Protect !
Only using an SPI Programmer, look here :

Put your laptop into Sleep Mode and then Wake-Up It,
after this run .exe as administrator and upload results.rar
