OK. Here is a update. I opened the readme.txt and followed the instructions.
I ran the original bios. It said that the current bios was the same as the updated and I closed the application. I then opened cmd.exe with "Run as administrator". I then went to the directory where I extracted the files to. I typed in "flash.bat" in the "modified" folder. The script ran and it was doing something in the background for about a minute or two. The command cursor line came back, I closed(typed exit) the cmd.exe window and shutdown the computer.
I swapped out the original wifi card with the new one(intel 7260HMW). The laptop started with the Lenovo splash screen, but just hangs. Before I did the flash, the laptop would prompt me with "please use original lenovo product" or something like that. Now it just hangs on the splash screen. When I put the original card back in, everything starts normally.
