I get a new error message with that one:

BIOS image do not support option (/ALL/BIOS/GBE/ME)!(FAIL: UNSUPPORTED)

It worked!
I tried to flash it again with the command
pflash.exe /sa NWL2.52
and this time there were no errors. I also put a non-lenovo wifi-card in the thinkpad and there was no "unauthorized hardware" message any more.

Without command /bios?
