Just to report that with the always awesome help from Dudu2002, I have successfully flashed a modded BIOS in my lenovo E430 and it is now up and accessing the internet via an Intel 7260HMW WiFi card.

It was a bit tricky to get the progamming to work correctly (finding and installing the correct driver and software), but the effort really paid off.
