Sorry to resurrect this old thread but I have a similar problem with my X301 resetting once on boot - can you maybe repost your version of the whitelisted BIOs as this seems to have fixed the issue for another poster?

Could someone please help me with a modified BIOS that can remove the Wireless Card Whitelist?

My laptop is a Lenovo T420 with the Product ID 4180-PR9

It has the latest 1.48 BIOS version installed which can be downloaded here:

According to Microsoft System Information, these are the details of my Laptop's BIOS:
BIOS Version/Date: LENOVO 83ET78WW (1.48), 21.01.2016
SMBIOS: 2.6
BIOS Mode: UEFI

This is the info from Lenovo regarding my BIOS Version:

According to Lenovo, I might be unable to downgrade my BIOS version:

Can you please find a patched 1.48 BIOS version?
