Trying to install a 5720 WWAN card in a T420 but get the device not supported error.

I m trying to get an wan adapter, but i m starting to learn there are a lot restrictions around this.

The lenovo models are way too expensive don't understand why what is the big difference with the other same chip models

on eBay i find a lot boards really low cost that has the same chip but its not compatible with my lenovo or something

it costs a fraction of any lenovo card and it does the same thing.

How do i buy a compatible card or witch one i buy, but that doesn't cost 150 $

Did not work for my T420 and ruined the bios. I had computrace on there not sure if this is the reason.

I recently just tried to use a moded bios and ruined the bios. Somehow I got out of it with Hierin Bcd, MB was giving 5 beeps, lenovo said system board. I have computrace installed, could this be the reason?

Anyway Iam requesting for a lenovo T420

Confirmed bios works fine, .bat file is not leading to the right path, but open it in notepad and you will know what exe to open.

It got rid of my 1802 error but now wont accept drivers. Any ideas? I tried everything for 6 hours.

F5521GW, if anyone knows why I cant install the drivers for this card please update me, after the bios mod I no longer get error 1802 but the machine will accept the drivers. Card is from june of 2011 and I feel that lenovos drivers online are not for the same version as I have, but windows says it found the correct driver but cant install it. Giving error ( code10). Kindly help.
