Hmm..bios from Universal Backup Tool 2.0 have 12 Mb size, may be you saved dump of EC (Embedded Conroller)?
Look carefully, there are 2 bios chips (Main and EC)

Do I have to download bios from both chips? I thought only the 4Mb one is suffice.
I think I can download the other bios too. Is it different from the bios with Universal Backup Tool 2.0?

The bios chip is MX25L3206E .
I ran the file from windows7 but the its running window size was too small to see what was going on... It didn't leave any file.
What am I doing wrong?

What does this mean? There are two bios chips which are 4Mb and 8Mb. I can dump two bios from Raspberry pi separately.
