[REQUEST] Lenovo Y400 & Y500 (6BCNxxWW) Whitelist Removal

Hey guys!

I'll also want to flash my BIOS because of my [censored] Wireless card and ShamblerDK1 told me, that you've already helped him so maybe you could help me too. I've already bought an Intel Wireless 7260 for my Lenovo Y500 but don't know really what to do next. First I tried to backup my BIOS with FPTDos and FPTw64 but none of them works. The next thing I did was to create a BIOS backup with universal bios backup toolkit 2.0 (which works) so all I've got is a file named LENOVO-6BCN44WW(V2.04).rom.

But now I don't know what to do next? Can you guys help me?

Thank you very much! Everything works perfect - hello 5Ghz! The biggest problem I had was to remove that little [censored] which holds the old Wifi card in place. That [censored] was a beast!

I even hadn't to install any new drivers - my 7260 already came with the newest one.

Just received the Intel Wireless-AC 7260 and put it in my Y500. It works like a charm and I've gone from 72.5Mbps to 866.5Mbps :-)
