Is it possible to unlock my Bios for No Whitelist + Menu Tabs please ?

Here is my computer's refs :

Model: Lenovo Y50-70
BIOS: InsydeH2O v3.7
Version: 9ECN31WW (v1.14)
OS: Windows 10

My Bios Backup file : BIOS BACKUP (made with "Universal BIOS Backup ToolKit 2.0")

Hi. Confused Newbie here.
Usual problem.
Got y70-50 with terrible modem. Upgraded to decent Intel but whitelist forbids. Running with the modem disabled for now.
Anyway. Bios was 9ecn37ww (v2.01...I think)

But I just downgraded it to 9ECN30WW(v1.13). Seems to work load win 10 so at least I ain't bricked it so far. What is my next step? Preferred that is, Not my natural one which is to panic.
