Windows 10 home 64bit

my wifi adapter burned out, and BIOS protection does not allow to install another.

I unlocked my laptop bios through this thread. @BDMaster helped me achieve the same.
But now i wish to revert back to the original lenovo BIOS, can someone please help me?
i am unable to install my graphics drivers, hence wish to go back to original locked bios.
Someone please kindly help me.
