I have Lenovo Y50-70 laptop trying to change wifi card and get unauthorised WLAN

If you can unlock entire BIOS that would be great

- remove WiFi lock;
- unlock Advanced Menu;
- unlock GPU OC limits;

Hello, how I will do backup?
I need to solve the problem with resetting NTB every half hour. I've read that Intel MEI could do it, so I need to unlock advanced voltage control options if I can. If you know what the problem might be regarding that shutdown every 30 minutes please email me this PM.
