Please Downgrade to previous version (unlocked) and redo thr result file !

How To Downgrade :

Run this to downgrade:

Remember to set the option in bios that enables you to flash an older bios, before you run it.

I found another solution - Just in case it was ever needed.

Download the 1.14 version

Then use 7-zip to extract that .exe file, You will find a platform.ini file into that folder.

Then Look for "BIOSVFEnable=2" and replace it with "BIOSVFEnable=0", run as Administrator InsydeFlash.exe tool and go !

Verified working


Then use this tool run It as Admin and upload the result file here :

Hi, I would like to have my BIOS unlocked so I could change the DVMT pre-allocated memory settings and replace a new Wireless card.

BDMaster the warranty service have fixed the BIOS. However as I sent it under warranty(I have some collect and return warranty and they came and picked it up from home) I could not speak with any of the guys directly. They did something and I am running again 2.01. However this time when I go into the bios under model it says INVALID. Before it was saying Y50-70. I am afraid to try roll back again

All I want is to be able to clock my GPU past +135mhz.

What do you think?

I think that Service has reflashed Bios Back without Correct the Full Firmware so there is
this issue now (I go into the bios under model it says INVALID) !
So to make your tests I think You have to buy the tools (SPI PGM and Clip) to rewrite back
the Firmware without call the Service !
So It will permit You to make anything on this laptop !
If do You want to Downgrade and reflash the Bios Mod there is no problem, but if You
would to try again settings modifies then You will risk a Brick again !
