I have a Lenovo Y50-70 UHD with BIOS 9ECN31WW (v1.14)

Can I get the advanced menu unlocked + whitelist please?
I need to be able to change the DVMT prealloc setting.

Read some Posts before ! Best is to Downgrade to 1.30 or 1.31 Bios !


How To Downgrade :

Run this to downgrade:

Remember to set the option in bios that enables you to flash an older bios, before you run it.

I found another solution - Just in case it was ever needed.

Download the 1.14 version

http://download.lenovo.com/consumer/mobi...cn31ww.exe

Then use 7-zip to extract that .exe file, You will find a platform.ini file into that folder.

Then Look for "BIOSVFEnable=2" and replace it with "BIOSVFEnable=0", run as Administrator InsydeFlash.exe tool and go !

Verified working

Then use the tools into posts before to get a reslut file and upload them here !

I noticed in the README that you said to not touch the video settings or it will brick the laptop. However, I need to do so specifically to change the preallov video memory. Is it safe for me to do that?
