I want to remove the whitelist and would love to send a bios backup, but I was not able to find instructions on where to get FPT and how to use it. Would you mind pointing me to the right direction?

do you have Bios_Tools19 ? i can't find it anywhere and i can't understand how to get FPT to work at all.
