This is what I see in both Windows and DOS when trying to flash the official HP BIOS

First, you obviously trying to flash NOT offical BIOS. The official has a size of 2,294,656 bytes.
Second, you can't use flash tool for DOS as it doesn't support the type of BIOS that HP uses.

The BIOS I am trying to flash is 2.18 MB (2,294,656 bytes). And it comes up with that error message as shown in the first picture

I didn't say size is the main problem. Could be anything I don't know about. So, how did dozens of users manage to do this before? What do you think about this? Maybe there is something you are doing wrong?

OK, well I am able to flash the official HP bios and the Camiloml BIOS just fine which unlocked a few settings. (my fault as it was when I tried to flash it in DOS) they flash fine in Windows.

But the one with the unlocked menus and such I cannot flash.
