[REQUEST] Unlock Hp Folio 9480m!!

Hello Guys, I'm new to all this i was able to follow some tut to unlock my laptop but my laptop 
I didn't find "setup utilities" in the  Hex But i found "P.l.a.t.f.o.r.m.s.e.t.u.p" by looking for 4D 5A i did read somewhere that new bios have that name,

I have :
Motherboard Name Hewlett-Packard HP EliteBook Folio 9480m
BIOS Properties 
BIOS Type Compaq EFI
BIOS Version M85 Ver. 01.36
