[REQUEST] Whitelist removal for DELL Optiplex 9020 AIO

I would like a whitelist removal for the BIOS named, A14 on my DELL Optiplex 9020 AIO. I am trying to use an eGPU using the mPCIe port but no detection, and I have concluded that a whitelist removal should do the trick. But first, check and let me know if this BIOS is RSA signed. I do not know where to find the tools to do so.

And one quick question, is it possible for my computer to brick even if it is not RSA signed?
