While waiting I continued to search for the existing version of the NWL and found a working link here... https://app.box.com/s/20j6b8z0h86ylfrrrivt as with all the other links I doubt it will work for long so I would put it on your hosted list while you have the chance.

Ive tested it and my machine now boots with the new card in (wooop)

Trying to fit an Intel 7260 AC card in my old HP DV3 2080eo
and got stuck like everyone else.

Any chance to get a 2nd re-up of the NWL bios files?
Have tried to find online @google but no luck and I think

that I have searched all of the BIOS REPOSITORY.

I think this is what Im looking for "sp51578 NWL BYCamiliml.exe"
And I have the 306D mobo/system board.

I am not able to upgrade my network card due to the whitelist in the bios.. can any one let me the know the procedure or upload the NWL version plzzzzz!
