rom/bin same thing, rename if you need to.

You need to find correct working software version and chip ID to use, which you should already know from dumping BIOS previously and getting a good file, of course this does not always guarantee write works properly though. If you continue to get this error, be sure you don't move the cable while programming if you are using SOIC8 cable

If you have socketed BIOS then it can't be due to loose cable connection, loss of connecting mid-programing etc. If would have to be due to incorrect software version being used, or incorrect BIOS ID possibly (Sometimes exact match is not best). What is your exact chip ID

Also, be sure you program in this order for best chance of success.
On the Auto button, uncheck Erase, and blank check), then do in order manually
Erase
Blank check
Open BIOS file
Auto (with write + verify checked only)

Combining my last three posts with this update.
25Q64BVAIG this is my chip no.
After hours of searching I was finally able to program! As a last resort I changed my os from windows 10 to windows 7 and ch341a programmer 1.30 worked! I programmed the bios file on the asus website and chip and buffer matched. I think my backup.bin is not a good dump, can you check wheater it is a good dump if not than can we extract my motherboard data? Thanks and regards.
After chip and buffer match, I am still not getting display. Everything works on motherboard but no display, is this still bios error? Help needed.
Edit: can't delete my last three post so just updated.

Backups I have from you look good on my end, why do you think yours is not a good backup?

Chip and buffer match may not always equal a good write, dump the BIOS right after you write and verify, then compare with what you wrote via hex, to confirm since you're having issues. Also, something to test, consider, check out etc. When I've tested 25Q64FV, in order to get a proper read and write, I had to use 25Q64BV ID, with software 1.30 and 1.34. So you may need to try reverse on your chip and see if you have better results, choose 25Q64FV instead of BV. May not help, but something to check out for sure.

And yes, I can always extract your data from other dumps I have, but you need to get booting before any of that would help anyway, so need to find proper write method. If all continues to fail, try ASProgrammer 1.40 instead - https://github.com/nofeletru/UsbAsp-flash/releases/
I've only tested W25Q64FV here, so I can't confirm what software or ID works properly for W25Q64BV

Hey LOST sorry for not replying early. I was not able to write on my chip so I went to the place where I bought the mobo, he replaced that mobo for free and gave me a new one and guess what that new mobo had the oc options built in. Thank you so much for your help.

Sorry you couldn't get the programmer working, but at least you got a new board out of it all, that's nice! So, same model too, was already unlocked? If yes, someone must have put a mod BIOS on there

No not the same board, slightly different model. This one is p7h55 - m lx, lx series has oc options. https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1...sp=sharing

This is the link to the photo of oc options in BIOS. I am using xeon x3440 as my cpu. Can you suggest me a stable clock setting if you have experience with this cpu.
