Great many thanks for modding my Lenovo G780 BIOS file to remove the whitelist that I supplied via the backup tool you sent - this worked flawlessly and easily when I installed all the files in the mod package you sent as a link onto my usb stick - and when I then set my bios to boot from it first into DOS - and then ran the flash.bat file as advised. No problem booting up to windows after - and was also able to change my often faulty wifi card with no boot up warnings and it works fine too. I have donated to you as requested.

Which USB SPI Programmer do you recommend?

Since what I have is the wrong bios the EFI has nothing underneath it (in the bios) so I cant turn it off so I can boot linux.


The reason now is the firmware missing from the bios is giving me an error.

try recovery method Insyde bios type
wich is hold Fn Esc with no power cord.. insert usb with filename QIWG5.BIN (the .rom renamed )
stioll holding fn esc . plug in power cord and press power.. now release keys.
