i flashed the bios file from one machine to the other with succes. So there is something happening when modify the bios that it dont like.

Just another test, can you try flashing the attached bios? I have made a small modification that makes "Core Version" visible in the main tab, it doesn't matter if it will be visible in the end, I just want to see if even this can brick your machine. If it bricks it definitely has some sort of protection built-in!
